Notes on the financials:
We
do have cash in the bank and no outstanding bills to be paid as of
12/31/2003. One of the problems we do
have is the outstanding dues and steps have been taken to collect many of the
through legal means. The Board has a
responsibility to make sure that we do collect all monies owed the Association.
You
will note that we have added the value of the land that Shea donated for the
pool to our records.
