Many thanks to all the Block Captains for organizing, hosting and volunteering at Weatherstones Fall Carnival - it was a huge success! On behalf of the Weatherstone community your time and generosity is greatly appreciated. Thanks to all the neighbors who donated food and their time and supplies at the games. We received great reviews from all ages.

It was a terrific day, the weather was beautiful and approximately 100 families attended. We had a Petting Zoo, a clown with a ride on train, animal balloons, and race cars, a cotton candy machine, a huge slide, bouncey, food, terrific games, prizes and fun. We were pleased to see children of all ages at the Carnival.

Extra special thanks goes out to Jill Lamb our Carnival Chair and her committee consisting of Sandy Virden and Henry and Martha Gutierrez - Well Done!

Thanks to Melinda Mueller who did an outstanding job of renting a Slide and a bouncey for the Carnival - both were a big Hit! Hats off to Jim Vanderfleet for his generosity of time, prizes, spirit and games for the Carnival, Jim we are thrilled to have you on our team!

Once again we owe Tom and Denise Barnwell an enormous amount of gratitude for donating the Petting Zoo and the Balloons. The Petting Zoo was a huge success and was enjoyed by all. The area looked great!

Special thanks to Debbie Savage and her daughter and all the teenagers who came out to help us at the Carnival. High School students were given the opportunity to volunteer at the Carnival in exchange for Community Service Hours. It was great to have all the teenagers with us and we enjoyed their company.
